But first of all, I’d like to point something out.
Whenever anybody struggles with push ups, the phrase “I can’t even do one, I’m so feeble” is often muttered.
So let’s start by clearing something up – you’re definitely not the only person who can’t do push ups.
Everyone has a nemesis exercise, and this one’s quite common.
In fact, it’s right up there with pull ups at the top of the list – if you struggle with those, read this post instead.
Heck, I’ve known guys who have trained for years but can still only do a few push ups.
So today I’m going to show you a little trick I’ve used to teach countless men and women how to get better at push ups from scratch.

I see many people avoid this exercise because they’re weak at it. That’s the worst thing you can do.
The best way to create a stronger, better body is to focus on strengthening the areas you are weakest, not avoid them.
