DID YOU KNOW THE PROCESS MY CLIENTS 1000'S OF MY CLIENTS HAVE USED TO PACK ON LEAN SIZE WITHOUT GAINING BODY FAT OR FEELING PERMANENTLY BLOATED IS REALLY QUITE SIMPLE??

 

Training for size can be frustrating.

Because when we say "size" we mean something very specific, right?

We mean muscle.

After all, if we simply wanted to get bigger we'd head to our nearest Dunkin' Donuts and set up camp for the afternoon.

And therein lies the problem.

You see, confusion reigns in fitness.

There are millions of guys - and girls - around the world who are unhappy with the amount of lean muscle they're gaining through their training and diet. Yet everywhere they look, they are being given different answers and so-called revolutionary systems by self-proclaimed experts, all of which seem to claim the exact opposite of the previous one.

So in the end, we struggle on for years and hope for the best.

I've been there and done it, and seen it with thousands of gym members over the years, too!

Back in my early days of training, the calorie monster was my big problem.

You see, I figured that if I just ate enough food throughout the day, I'd surely put on size.

And I did.

But it was not the kind of size I was hoping for.

And don't even get me started on the supplement industry.

Those guys will happily bleed your wallet dry for the "one key ingredient you need to boost muscle growth" which they unearthed from the top of a Vietnamese mountain in a puddle of unicorn tears, despite the fact that it has no actual scientific data to back itself up.

So today I want to ask you about your biggest struggle when it comes to dieting for size.

  • Do you struggle to consume enough calories?
  • Are you unsure of the best foods to select?
  • Are supplements driving you insane?
  • Or is it something else?
